Pay CDA Rent

To prevent the spread of Coronavirus, the CDA strongly encourages rent payments be made on-line, through the mail, or over the phone. The following current options are available for paying CDA rent:

  1. Pay by mail:

    Please include your rent statement stub.

  2. Pay online:

    The following information is required:

    • Client #
    • Name on rental agreement
    • Unit #
    • Payment amount

  3. By Phone

    To pay your rent by phone, using a credit or debit card, please call the City Treasurer's Office at: (608) 266-4771

  4. Pay In Person

The following information is required:

  • Client #
  • Name on rental agreement
  • Unit #
  • Payment amount
Your payment must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the CDA
 
If you would like a receipt, you must include a note requesting a receipt be sent to you

 

Please Note: The $1,000 credit card payment limit has temporarily been removed.
